Kielbasa
Our Kielbasa is a traditional Polish sausage made from high-quality pork and perfectly seasoned with a blend of garlic, marjoram, and spices. Smoked to perfection, it boasts a rich, savory flavor and a firm, juicy texture. Krestyanskaya Kielbasa [Kres-tyansk-aya] “Russian” mild flavor with a decent amount of fat; good for grilling.
Wisniowa Kielbasa [Veesh-nee-ova] lean and cherry smoked
Domowa Kielbasa [Dom-ov-ah] “Domestic old school style, fatty, garlic and pepper. Heavy smoke, slightly greasier than others.
Swojska Kielbasa [Swoy-ska] No nitrates, darker smoked, country style.
Krajana Kielbasa [Kry-ah-nuh] 2nd leanest, mild, course ground sausage, smoke, pepper
Bacik Kielbasa [Bah-chick] Very mild flavor, used in our sandwiches, most common style, great for grilling, good amount of fat.
Weselna Kielbasa [Veh-sel-nah] “Wedding band” kielbasa, spicy garlic, heavier smoke, good served hot or cold.
Szynkowa Kielbasa [Shin-cove-ah] leanest with a ham-like consistency, good served cold.
Lesna Kielbasa [Lesh-nah] Black forest, lean; great full flavor.
Mysliwski Kielbasa [Mish-liffs-key] Hunter style, double smoked and lean, “hot dog” length.
Starapolska Kielbasa Lean, dry, heavier smoke
Kabanosy [Ka-bahn-oh-see] Smoked pork stick. Skinny, mild smoked. Great to dry out and eat as-is, on the go.
Fresh Kielbasa [“White”] Raw, no preservatives and made in-house. Salt, pepper, real garlic, ground pork in a natural pork casing. Great on the grill or boiled. Voted “Best in Boston.”
